Download the National Mail Voter Registration Form.Once you are done downloading it you can also fill it out onscreen and print the completed form, or print the blank form. Registration is still on for anyone that is interested,but it will stop like a month before the election day,but states like North Dakota don't need to be registered before throwing their vote the day of election.
